I...Did you ever read a book called 'Tisha'? It's a young/adult book recounting a young teacher's experience in Chicken, Alaska. <br />I loved this book. The book is set in early 1900's, very primitive living. It is a small part of my complete obsession with Alaska. I think the eIditarod will fall in very nicely with our Adventure/Discovery theme this January. I'll be looking into this.
